Should your item be faulty or not fit for purpose please contact us via hello@katiefrancelondon.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

If however you have changed your mind, I am happy to refund you (minus any shipping costs) if received back within 14 days. In the condition it was sent out to you in! If you have used the bag, you will not get a refund…..❣️
